Return Policy
Any fabric or lace that is sold by the yard is not returnable once it has been cut, except in the event of defective merchandise. We must be notified of defective merchandise within 10 business days of your initial order.

As with all computers, fabric colors may appear slightly different on your computer than in real life. If you would like us to send you a fabric swatch of a certain color to be sure it meets your needs, please contact us with the name and color of the fabric, your name and address, and we will send it to you.

Payment Policy
We use PayPal for payment purposes. They have a secure server for customer protection.

South Carolina Sales Tax
Please note that all South Carolina orders will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Shipping Policy
The Heirloom Company wants to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. Therefore, we will ship all orders using Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States. Please e-mail us for shipping rates on orders that need to be shipped out of the country.
